Pay What You Can for Children’s Books

Children’s books at Bulk Book Warehouse are available on a pay-what-you-can basis.

There is no complicated pricing system. Choose the children’s books your family, classroom, or organization can use and contribute what you are able to.

This program helps make reading more accessible while giving used books another opportunity to educate, entertain, and inspire.

Whether you are building a child’s first bookshelf, refreshing a classroom library, preparing for summer reading, or searching for inexpensive books for a community program, Bulk Book Warehouse offers an affordable local option.

A Different Kind of Used Bookstore

Bulk Book Warehouse is more than a traditional bookstore.

We work with libraries, schools, churches, thrift stores, bookstores, organizations, and individuals to help find new homes for unwanted books. Books may be offered through our Rotterdam bookstore, sold online, redistributed, donated, or responsibly recycled when reuse is no longer practical.

Shopping with us supports a local, family-owned business while helping extend the useful life of books.

Your visit can help:

• Make books more affordable for local families
• Support literacy and learning
• Give donated books a second life
• Reduce unnecessary waste
• Support community food and hygiene programs
• Keep useful books in circulation

Great for Families, Teachers and Community Groups

Our children’s-book selection can be especially useful for:

• Families building home libraries
• Teachers purchasing classroom books
• Homeschooling families
• Daycare centers
• After-school programs
• Little Free Library stewards
• Reading tutors
• Youth organizations
• Churches
• Community centers
• Nonprofit programs

Customers seeking a larger quantity of books are encouraged to visit during bookstore hours and speak with a team member about what is currently available.
